健康 Kenkō means health in Japanese. In Japan, there are concepts and rituals that are meant to lead to a healthy living. To have a good Kokoro, for example, means to have well connected your heart, spirit, soul and mind.
The Japanese Philosophy and Japanese Aesthetics are a set of ancient ideals. The concept of aesthetics in Japan is seen as an integral part of daily life to develop a better attitude and living. Japanese aesthetics encompass a variety of ideals, some of these are traditional (like Wabi-Sabi or Enso), others are modern.
In Zen Buddhism, for example, Ensō is a hand-drawn circle to express a moment when the mind is free to let the body create. The Ensō (that you can see in the logo) symbolises enlightenment, strength, elegance, the universe, and mu (the void). It is characterised by a minimalism born of Japanese aesthetics.
